The artist

Reinhard Schmid is a German artist with over 35 years of experience in traditional art and almost tree decades in digital creation. He is known for advancing the rare “sous verre” technique, combining pencil and watercolor on the reverse side of glass with methods inspired by the old masters.

Schmid's work has been exhibited internationally and is held in private  collections in Europe, the United States, and Japan.

 

Since 2018, Schmid has also been active in crypto art, with works placed in major NFT collections and projects.
